Section 1: Browsing Content
1. You agree not to copy text content and images without authors’ permission.
2. If you use scripts , put a link to this site (you can see the linking information at the end of each tutorial).
3. Any form of hacking is not tolerated.
Section 2: Disclaimer
1. We cannot guarantee all tutorials will work for you, this includes the scripts. There are times when script might not work (due to some differences in server, OS, database, etc).
2. We are not responsible for any damages from the use of our information. You have the right to test it first in local scale before implementing it globally.
Section 3: Inbound links
1. You should not place links pointing to our site coming from websites publishing illegal information such as hacking, pornography, cracks and content that violates law and copyrights.
2. If you link to this site, consider the usefulness of it, so it should be related to PHP programming, web development and search marketing.
Section 4: Web Development and SEO Services
1.) You should send a project proposal to me if you like to hire me for your projects. Use this form to submit a project proposal.
2.) I have the right to approve or disapprove a project proposal based upon my review, capability and availability of resources.
3.) If I approve a project proposal, I will send you a task check lists which are basically the project objectives based on your proposal. It also includes list of tasks that are needed to completed to attain the project objective.
4.) You will then review the project task check list ensuring that those are the final list of things you want to be done on your website.
5.) If you approved the project task check list, I need a 50% down payment based on your project budget provided on the proposal to get the work started. Remember that the project task check list includes a time table with considerations to your estimated completion date. It is advisable to pay the 50% down payment before the estimated start date as provided on the plan to avoid project delays. You should send payments by Paypal to codex_m@php-developer.org
6.) After receiving the down payment, I will start working on your project based on the project tasks check list. It will be executed on a step by step manner.
7.) If the project encounters a technical problem during its implementation, I have the right to report it you and discuss. If I quit the project due to unavoidable circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund of your entire down payment. If I negotiate for project completion date extension and then you disapprove, you are entitled to 50% refund of the total down payment made. If you approve the project completion date extension and I still fail to deliver the results on time as well as the project objectives/quality of work, you are entitled for full refund of the down payment made. You agree that you will backup of your old scripts before making any change. You agree that I may modify the entire script according to my own decision in order to accomplish the project goals.
8.) I will let you know if the project has been done. You will then assess the completeness and quality of work done based on the work check list objectives. To ease the review process, I will send the project task check list along with the project which will be the basis of your review.
9.) If after your assessment, all the work are done as planned then the project objectives are attained. You can then pay the other half based on the agreed budget to codex_m@php-developer.org using PayPal.
10.) Since this is a “work for hire agreement”, you own my work after completing the other half of the payment. Failure to pay the other half of the payment after successful project task check list review means that I still own the copyrights of the work that I’ve done.
11.) After a successful second payment, the project is mark complete. Since you have reviewed the work as complete and assess the quality of the work before making the payment; the project is now rightfully complete. PHP-developer.org is not responsible for any changes made to the project (such as changes in the scripts that eventually cause a website problem or issue), losses and damages caused by the project beyond the project date completion (identified as the date of the second payment to PayPal). You cannot request for a refund after this period or claim any damages. PHP-developer.org reserves the right not to answer any inquiries pertaining to the project beyond the project date completion date as it is now beyond our control, you are now thoroughly responsible for your project. Any additional work or consultation work must be agreed by filling up the hire me form.
12.) We reserve the right to change the website terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the website terms and conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions. Availing our services requires that you fully agree with the website terms and conditions.
