This page has link coming from www.php-developer.org/noindexexperiment.php, the link is crawlable but that certain page has meta noindex in the source code.
Lets check if this page will still be indexed and crawled by Googlebot even though the linking page has meta robots noindex to it.
This will serve as a conclusive proof to the hypothesis that indeed robots follow the links on page with meta robots.txt noindex tag as long as it is not using a meta robots noindex nofollow tag.
